This wine starts with aromatics of fresh pear, crisp apple and jasmine. The palate is bright with tropical characters, apple peel, and a creamy, yet juicy mid palate. This wine has a long delicate, clean finish which makes you want another sip.

This sauvignon blanc was fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures preserving the floral and tropical characters of the fermentation. We then added acacia to the fermentation to enhance mouthfeel and aromatics.

An ideal pairing for this wine is fresh ceviche or an artichoke and preserved lemon chicken bake.

Cabernet Sauvignon2022

The aromatics are an enticing blend of black pepper spice, leather and berries. The palate is full of pie spices, anise and black currants, with a creamy balance and a long structured finish.

This cabernet was fermented on its skins for 10 days and pressed gently. It was left to age in barrel for 10 months on a combination of French and American oak.

Stockman Cabernet is comprised of 87% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Zinfandel, 4% Petite Sirah and 2% Cabernet Franc. This table wine pairs well with Ossobuco, Texas BBQ, Lentils and mushroom risotto.

This reserve wine is medium-bodied, offering flavors of blackcurrant, dark plum, and mocha, balanced by polished tannins and bright acidity.

The finish is long and smooth, with lingering touches of dark chocolate and sweet oak. Ideal for pairing with grilled meats or hearty dishes, this Cabernet has excellent aging potential.

Aged for 20 months in French and new oak, the Reserve is comprised of 95% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Petit Verdot and 1% Malbec.
